Bei uns gibt es keine AGBs.

Nachdem wir für Transparenz sind, wollen und brauchen wir keine "Hintertürchen" oder versteckte Klauseln im Kleingedruckten.

Es gelten uneingeschränkt die Rechte die der Gesetzgeber vorsieht.

Durch unseren Firmensitz in Deutschland gilt somit das vollumfängliche Recht des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches (BGB-Recht)

Der Gerichtsstand ist bei dem für den Firmensitz zuständigen Gericht.

Since transparency is important to us, we have no general terms and conditions.

There is no need for us to use "back doors" or hidden clauses in the small print.

The provisions provided by the legislature apply in full.

Due to our company headquarters in Germany, the full law of the German civil code applies

The place of jurisdiction shall be at the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the company.
